My room was neat thanks to the VERY ATTENTIVE staff. Liked central heating, TV and a fridge in the room. The hotel was in a peaceful location, close to food places. Also, it was 15 minutes drive to Fort Lewis Baptist Church. Everything was simply nice.

The shower never got hot . Despite running it for 15 minutes, only cold water came out. I was informed that the hotel uses 'on-demand' hot water heaters, but this should not affect guest comfort. It was frustrating to experience this and I learned it's a recurring issue at the hotel.
